    Is the importance of talking to a person who listens as opposed to a person who, while you’re talking, is preparing his/her speech on their own experiences or evaluating everything you say.
    The answers are within yourself, on therapy they let you unwrap at your own pace without being interrupted and cut by evaluations and unfitting advice.

    What do you mean by the term “importance”? From the prospective of the psychologist, it keeps her employed. From the prospective of the employer, it is a way of filtering employees that they might not like, for the $100.00 they pay for the testing is far cheaper than hiring and firing an individual. From the prospective of the law enforcement groups, it is a way of catagorizing people in arbitarary and capricious ways under the cover of pseudo-science for political reasons.
