It can be indifferent in most of the countries of Africa except South Africa and the North African mediterranean countries. Most of Europe from the Uk through the continent to Poland, Hungary & the Czech republic are good (France & Germany excellent) Greece, Portugal & Spain OK. Most of SE Asia pretty good(Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Korea all good but sometimes language problems) Don’t know much about Latin America but probably centres of excellence in the cities. Middle East excellent again in centres of excellence.
