Im about $12000 in debt and want to get out now before I get more in debt. Im young, don’t own a house and have a credit score of around 698.

I really do think the amount of money our government is spending will get us out of the current mess. If the underlying problems remain, which they likely will, we will not be able to assume anymore debt, and the whole system will collapse. Does this not seem like a valid concern?

WTF? Why should the government get you out of debt? Why does the government owe you a debt free life? Why don’t you work to pay off your debts instead of thinking that the world owes you. Your sense of entitlement sickens me.

You need to pay more then the monthly payment…even if it is high…..because without doing this you will never get out of debt.
