I want to pursue a career as a psychologist. I have received my bachelors; however am having difficulty in determining what kind of masters to get as the two schools I am applying to, offer different programs. If I want to pursue a doctorate in psychology, can I have a masters in counseling? Or does [...] I’m halfway through a Psychology degree, which I am really interested and involved in. I know Psych. degrees are a dime a dozen, and I know that the job prospects with only a Bachelors aren’t great within the field, but I feel that this degree will be fundamentally applicable to everything I do, personally and [...] I’m currently a Freshman computer science / math major. Am I going to face lots of boiled competition finding a decent job after I graduate? My girlfriend just joined me in NYC and she is trying to find a job in political science / international relations. Do you have some tips or do you know some organizations that are looking for people in that field? Thanks |
