I am looking for some trade shows in the health care / health insurance industry. My company is a commercial print company that is looking for a few good trade shows to showcase our membership card printing and mail capabilities to various health care and health insurance companies and their service providers.

What in the health care bill prevents people from buying health insurance only when they need it, and simply pay the fine the rest of the time? If it’s much cheaper to just pay the fine and buy insurance when you get sick, wouldn’t many just choose to pay the fine?
