i am currently starting my first year of college and i need a student loan……i am not sure which one to get so i am looking for someone to tell me any EXPERIENCE they have with any company or wateva…. but i plan to tell them i will defer payments until i graduate….but i will [...] Under contract and was working with a lender to get a 203K loan. Just got laid off a few days ago, but was able to find a new job. Am I no longer able to get the loan or is there still hope. I live in Wisconsin and havent had insurance in about four years. I am getting married in six months and my fiance’s insurance agent said that I should get insurance now, six months before the wedding, so that once we get married and I get added onto his insurance, I won’t raise his insurance since [...] My ex has the house. The only collaterol I have is some IRA’s that have double the value as my debt. What alternatives are out there? What do you suggest? I have great credit, pay on time, not behind. I am wanting to get a home within a year, but will not be able with [...] I’m paying off a lot of credit card debt and currently have my student loans in a deferral status. But the big monthly payments will start up again at the end of this year.
