If you have truly saleable skills, it won’t take long.
If you’re a complete waste of oxygen, it could be a while.
So… which are you?
The quickest job to pick up that pays you cash fast is a waiter in any restaurant. If you work while in school it can be good bcz the schedule is flexible and you’ll always have some cash. Even if you haven’t done it before it’s no hard to learn. It’s hard to be a GOOD waiter but not hard to get a job as one.
Get a job near your college. The rest of your question depends on your skills/experience and what type of work you want to do.
Monster , Yahoo Hotjobs, Careebuilder are some of the largest job
boards, where you can upload
your resume. Since Craigslist, allows free job postings, many smaller
companies post their
vacancies on this online classifieds website. You can search for jobs
from multiple websites using
aggregators like SimplyHired and Indeed. Referrals are also becoming a
increasingly popular way to
get hired. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/emdyn
