With the recent health care reform being discussed in Congress today, how can we here in the US have a health care service such as that of Canada or other countries where health care is very affordable?

That by logic does not make sense. Do you keep borrowing money till you get out of debt? i doubt it because it just worsens your debt amount until you are unable to pay anything.
